Tracks 3,4, and 5 of “Priori Incantatem” were released in July 2006 as the "Scared for Life” 7-inch. They were recorded in January, 2006 by Dan Brennan at Soundtrack Boston, our first time working in a real studio. Ernie Kim played drums and bass and the dudes in Uncle Monsterface did some shouting. This was a really conceptual projet and in some ways maybe comes the closest to the kinds of songs Harry may have written if he actually had a band. Things get pretty dark for HP in Book 6 and we tried to fill these songs with all the rage and dissonance we could muster. Actually, we think these are some of our most badass songs.
